Required form fields are identified on the form. Other fields are optional. Without accurate contact information and sufficient details, we may be unable to respond or arrange the assistance you request. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information or confidential third-party information through general inquiry forms.

Inquiries and prospective business relationships: for as long as needed to respond to your request and manage the business relationship, and afterwards for as long as we have a legitimate interest or legal need to keep the correspondence.
Newsletter subscriptions: while subscribed; after an unsubscribe, limited records may be retained to respect your preference and document consent, for as long as necessary for that purpose.
Analytics data and cookies: for the periods set by each provider and the lifetime of each cookie. You can review the cookies and providers in the cookie preferences panel.
Contractual, accounting or legal records: for the periods required by applicable law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not use website information to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
